Communication...

For every communication there is a sender and a
receiver.

For every communication there is a message.

For every message there is a meaning.

The message received is not necessarily the message
sent.

What really adds complexity to our communication
process is that the message may not carry the same
"meaning" for the receiver as it does for the sender.

Your task as a communicator is to validate that the
message received is identical to the message sent.

admit it.

1. State exactly what you mean.

2. Ask for exactly what you want.

3. Ask questions for clarity... Don't make
assumptions.

the message and its meaning are identical to what was
sent.
